TRICONEX 3301 Input/Output Module
TRICONEX 3301 Input/Output Module Product Details:
The TRICONEX 3301 input module is a part of the TRICONEX mastery system, used to connect and master various inputs and input equipment, in order to monitor and master the industry process. These modules are usually used to stop communication with sensors, actuators, switches, and other external equipment to ensure the normal operation of the industrial system.
The following are some key features and functions of the TRICONEX 3301 input module:
Input channels: These modules are usually equipped with multiple digital and analog input channels, used to connect various sensors, switches, and equipment to monitor the status and changes in the industry process.
Input channels: They also have digital and analog input channels for mastering actuators, mechatronics, valves, and other equipment to achieve mastery of the industrial process.
Redundancy plan: TRICONEX mastery system usually adopts redundancy plan, including redundant input/input modules, to ensure that the system can still operate as a pillar even if problems cannot occur.
High reliability: These modules typically have high reliability and stability to meet the demands of the industry.
Security: The TRICONEX control system is also specialized in security, including safety inputs and input modules, used to fulfill safety logic to ensure the safety of process operations.
Non programmability: Users can set up equipment decorations and programming modules to define the logic and functionality of inputs, in order to meet specific application needs.
Supporting communication protocols: These modules typically support various communication protocols to facilitate data exchange and communication with other equipment and systems.

General interface and usage of TRICONEX 3701 electric drive system
TRICONEX 3701 Cyclic Synchronous Control Mode – Cyclic Synchronous Position, Cyclic Synchronous Speed, and Cyclic Synchronous Torque – is a standardized operating mode for transmission, defined in the CiA 402 Profile Specification, used for CANopen device configuration files for drive and motion control, and included in the IEC 61800-7 standard, Adjustable Speed Electric Drive Systems – Part 7: General Interface and Use of Electric Drive Systems.
These control modes are typically used in multi axis systems that require coordinated motion and can be applied to various Ethernet networks, including Ethernet modem, CANopen (CoE) over Ethernet, and Ethernet POWERLINK.
The key feature of TRICONEX 3701 cycle synchronization control (position, speed, and torque) is that the host controller (such as EtherCAT master) generates trajectories and obtains this function from the driver. The host sends target parameters (position, speed, or torque) to the driver through real-time, cyclic synchronous communication based on the PDO update cycle.
Circular synchronous communication refers to the continuous sending of time synchronized messages by the host and driver at fixed intervals (loops) according to standard protocols.
TRICONEX 3701 handles data objects or PDOs for real-time, high priority control, and communication of status information. The transmission of PDO occurs based on trigger events defined in the device’s object dictionary. One of the triggering events of PDO is synchronous loop transmission, where PDO is transmitted upon receiving a synchronous message.
