PFEA113-20 is an economical, efficient, compact, and user-friendly tension electronic product that provides reliable and fast simulation and signals from two weighing sensors for control and/or monitoring. The monitor can display total sum, individual A&B, and difference signals. Its small size and DIN rail installation make the device very easy to integrate into various types of electrical cabinets.
Basically, PFEA113-20 provides a measurement signal by combining two vertical copper wire windings around a steel core. Electromagnetic field is a winding generated by continuously feeding alternating current to one of the coils.
Due to the fact that the winding is at a right angle to the magnetic field, there is no magnetic coupling between the load cells when there is no stress. However, when the sensor is subjected to gravity, the magnetic field mode of PFEA113-20 changes. A portion of the magnetic field couples with the second winding and induces an alternating voltage that reflects the tension applied to the measuring roller by the roll paper. The sensor signal with a relatively strong voltage of – a is converted from the electronic device to the system output by the tension conversion of the weighing sensor system.
