PP845 Touch Screen ABB
PP845 is a high-performance digital stepper driver based on the latest generation of 32-bit DSP technology. It is powered by a single power supply, with a driving voltage range between DC20-50V and a suitable current below 4.0A. It is suitable for various models of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with an outer diameter ranging from 42-57mm.
PP845 has many outstanding features. Firstly, it adopts 16 level equal angle constant torque subdivision technology, which can achieve up to 200 subdivisions, thus realizing smooth control and precision of current, while effectively reducing motor heating. Secondly, its highest pulse response frequency can reach 200Kpps, making the response speed of the stepper motor very fast. In addition, when the step pulse stops for more than 200ms, the motor current will automatically halve, which helps to save energy and extend the motor life. The design of optoelectronic isolation differential signal input enhances its anti-interference ability, while the adjustable effective value of driving current below 4.0A provides greater application flexibility.
