The Emerson/Motorola MVME147S is a dual height vmschedule that is best suited for 32-bit VMEbus systems with P1 and P2 backplanes. This module has high functionality, with large onboard shared RAM, serial ports, and Centronics printer ports. This module provides a SCSI bus controller with DMA, floating point coprocessor, ticking timer, watchdog timer, and clock/calendar with backup battery, 2KB static RAM with backup battery, 4 ROM slots, and A32/D32 VMEbus interface with system controller function. MVME147S can be used as a part of the VMEbus system to operate in conjunction with other vmemoodules, such as RAM modules, CPU modules, graphics modules, and analog I/O modules.

The Emerson/Motorola MVME2400 series VME board features the performance of the Motorola PowerPlus Il architecture and can be fully customized through two PCI mezz cards (PMCs) to meet your application needs. The flexibility of MVME2400 provides an excellent foundation platform that can be quickly and easily customized for various industry specific applications. The MVME2400 processor module utilizes Motorola’s low-power, high-performance PowerPC 750 microprocessor, Peripheral Component Interconnection (PCI) bus for on-board peripherals, processor/memory bus to PCI bus bridge, and VME interface to integrate the best level of flexibility and performance into a single VME slot.
The Emerson/Motorola IPMC712/IPMC761 multifunctional 1/0 module is an optional module that is backward compatible with Motorola Computer Group (MCG) products that used MVME761 or MVME712M transition boards in the early days. Early MCG products, including the MVME2600 and MVME2700 series sbcIPMC712 and IPMC761, can be installed and used on the MVME5100 SBC. Both models are designed around the PMC appearance, and both modules include PCI/ISA bridging, ultra wide SCSI adapters, and Super I/O functionality. Both modules are single width, standard length, and standard height PMC boards. Connect to the motherboard PCI bus through PMC P11, P12, P13, P14, and P15 connectors. The two modules draw+5V and+3.3V through PMC connectors.
