IS220PTURH1A Control board

IS220PTURH1A is a component created by GE for its Mark VI system. Mark VI is one of the final Speedtronic systems released by GE for gas/steam turbine management.
IS220PTURH1A is the main trip package specifically designed for major turbines. This component provides an electrical interface between the turbine control terminal board and one or two Ethernet networks. The output of this group is carried out through a DC-62 pin connector connected to the relevant terminal board.
IS220PTURH1A features a black casing with air circulation ports. The front of the shell has multiple LED indicator lights and an IR (infrared port). This port is not used in this package. Inside the casing, there is a processor board, a second board specific to turbine control, and an analog acquisition auxiliary board. Install the battery pack onto the TTURH1C terminal block. The processor board has two 10/100 Ethernet ports, flash and RAM, a read-only chip for recognition, an internal temperature sensor, and a reset circuit.
IS220PTURH1A allows for automatic reconfiguration and downloading of I/O packages from the controller. Reconfigure includes base load, boot load, firmware, and parameters. Automatic reconfiguration must be enabled in order for this situation to occur. This can be enabled or disabled in the toolbox ST application through the component editor.
IS220PTURH1A has an interface with four passive magnetic velocity inputs. The circuit sensitivity can detect the 2-RPM turning gear speed to determine if the turbine has dropped to zero speed (the turbine has stopped). The median speed signal on the battery pack is used for speed control and primary overspeed trip signals.

IS200TBAIH1C is a device called an analog terminal board. This type of PCB or printed circuit board is part of General Electric’s Mark VI series. The Mark VI and other products in the Mark series produced by General Electric are used to control and automate the production process of gas and steam turbines.
The IS200TBAIH1C printed circuit board is a very slender device. The left half of IS200TBAIH1C is occupied by two (2) black terminal boards. Each terminal board can contain up to 24 terminals, which are cubic shaped and made of silver metal. These terminals together have a total of forty-eight terminals, labeled as one (1) to forty-eight (48). The majority of the right edge of IS200TBAIH1C is occupied by three (3) medium-sized connector ports. These connector ports are arranged vertically on the right side of IS200TBAIH1C. A long row of electronic components is vertically arranged in the center of IS200TBAIH1C. Ten (10) potentiometers or variable resistors are evenly distributed in the center of IS200TBAIH1C. Four (4) additional potentiometers are concentrated in the lower right corner of is 200 Bai h1 c. At least nine (9) small black transistors are arranged along the right side of the middle section of IS200TBAIH1C. There is also a series of at least twenty (20) red jumpers located in the center of IS200TBAIH1C. Each jumper is used to connect at least two (2) small metal jumper pins. The middle part of IS200TBAIH1C is also covered with many black small rectangular diodes.
