GE VMIVME-3122-210 modular
VMIVME-3122 is a product of VMIC’s extensive analog input/output family for virtual machine bus. With 16 bit digital resolution, programmable gain and optional conversion rate, it can automatically scan 64 differential or single ended analog inputs. VMIVME-3122 provides excellent dynamic range and analog input channel density. Support multiple operation modes, including automatic scanning, data burst and external synchronization. The board is designed to interface directly with the signal conditioning board series of VMIC, and is used for digital thermocouple, RTD and strain gauge output. A single channel gain can be downloaded for use during scanning operations, or the board can be configured with a fixed gain common to all channels.
Multiple boards can be synchronized together, enabling up to 16 boards to start each scan at the same time. Interval timer, bus arc extinguishing chamber, channel counter and mid scan/end scan flag simplify the data buffer of monitoring port for data in dual channels. The system application functions that can benefit from VMIVME-3122 include factory automation, process control, data acquisition systems, training simulators, and laboratory instruments.
