The 3500/05-01-02-00-00-01 (RACK) is a system rack manufactured by Bently Bently Nevada. The Bently Bently Nevada 3500/05-01-02-00-00-01 system rack is part of the 3500/05 series used for mechanical condition monitoring systems.
The Bently Bently Nevada 3500/05-01-02-00-00-01 system rack allows you to place 3500 modules close to each other, allowing them to easily communicate and install the power required to allocate power to each module.
The 3500/15 AC and DC power supplies are half height modules that must be installed in designated slots on the left side of the rack. A 3500 rack can contain one or two power supplies with any combination of AC and DC. Any power source can provide power to the entire rack.
The 3500/15 AC and DC power supplies can accept various high or low input voltages and can be converted to the voltage required by the 3500 module.
They are the ideal choice for mechanical protection systems, and if backup is required, one or two power sources can be used. After installing two power supplies, the lower slot accommodates the main power supply and the upper slot accommodates the redundant power supply.
The 3500/15 power supply can provide AC or DC power to 3500, including transient data interface (TDI), separate monitoring modules and input/output (I/O) modules, as well as all connected sensor monitoring systems in mechanical protection and conditions. Without damaging the rack, the module can be “hot swapped” by removing or inserting any power module.
The 3500/05 system rack contains all 3500 monitor modules and rack power supplies, allowing modules to communicate with each other. The 3500 system rack is an integral part of the Bentley Nevada Turbine Monitoring Instrument (TSI) turbine kit. With two sizes (standard 19 inch and 14 inch), three flexible installation forms (rack, partition, and panel), and internal barrier options for hazardous areas, you can customize the 3500/05 system rack to meet your needs.
The rack also has a weather resistant casing to protect the 3500 system from adverse environmental conditions. The 3500 system can be used as a SIL2 level system, which means it will provide intrinsic safety.
The 3500/22M, also known as the Transient Data Interface Module (TDI), is the core of a 3500 rack system. It allows configuration of 3500 rack parameters and serves as a gateway for the System1 mechanical condition monitoring software platform.
TDI is equipped with a USB port in the front for easy configuration, and a 10/100 Ethernet connection on the I/O module in the back for communication with System 1. The front rack reset button allows for the physical button to reset the alarm lock configuration change key.
