3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor: Drive the alarm set value by continuously comparing the monitoring parameters that protect the machine against configured alarms. Communicate important machine information to both parties, including operators and maintenance personnel.
The 3500/42M Proximitor seismic monitor is a four channel monitor sensor that receives neighboring and seismic inputs. It regulates signals to provide vibration and position measurements and compares signals with user programmable alarms. You can use the 3500 rack configuration software to program monitoring and reporting for each channel: – Radial Vibration – REBAM – Thrust Position – Acceleration – Differential Expansion – Axis Complete – Eccentricity – Circular Acceptance Area – Velocity Monitor Channel Paired Programming and can perform up to two listed functions at the following locations once.
For example, channels 1 and 2 can perform one or the same function as channels 3 and 4. Each channel, depending on configuration, typically adjusts its input signal to generate various parameters
The Bently Nevada 3500/42M Proximitor/Seismic Monitor provides four programmable channels for the 3500 system to receive inputs from both the Proximitor and seismic sensors. The 3500/42M then adjusts the signal to provide various vibration and position measurements and compares the adjusted signal to a user programmable alarm. In addition, each channel can be programmed using 3500 rack configuration software to protect machinery and monitor conditions for radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity, acceleration, speed, absolute shaft values, and circular acceptance zone parameters
