BENTLY 3500/22-01-01-00 Transient Data Interface Module
3500/22-01-01-00 Bently Transient Data Interface (TDI module TDI has traditional static data collection capabilities
Classification: Bently Bentley
Model: 3500/22-01-01-00
The 3500/22M is a transient data interface module developed by Bentley Nevada, which serves as an interface for software compatible with the 3500 monitoring system (system 1 state monitoring and diagnostic software, as well as 3500 system configuration software). TDI combines 3500/20 framework interface modules (RIM functionalities) with communication processors (such as TDXnet) to collect data
The 3500/22M function is located in the 3500 rack, with the TDI located in the plug next to the power supply. In order to continuously collect stable and dynamic waveform data from the campus, and transmit this data to the Fengji Software through a large network network, it interacts with the M series monitors (3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.). one
TDI has traditional static data collection capabilities. However, TDI can also use optional channel enable disks to record dynamic high-resolution existing data functional descriptions
The 3500 rack includes communication processing functions for TD. Although TD performs tasks shared by the entire rack, it is not a critical component of the monitoring system and has no impact on the overall monitoring of the system’s autonomous mechanical protection.
Each 3500 rack requires a TDI or RIM, which always occupies slot 1. The connection between the 3500 monitoring system and compatible software (located next to the power supply) is called the 3500/22M transient data connection to the 2D system 1-state monitoring and diagnostic software and the 3500 system configuration software. TD combines 3500/20 RIIM functionality with communication processors such as TDXnet to collect data location
In a 3500 rack, TD1 is located in the slot next to the power supply. In order to continuously collect steady-state and late state dynamic waveform data, and transmit these data to the host software through a large network link, it interacts with M-series monitors (3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.) TD has traditional static data collection capabilities. However, TD can also use optional channel enable disks to record high-resolution transient dynamic data.

Configure Keylock
It is used to switch the 3500 rack between “run” and “program” modes, with clear configuration modifications in the run mode, while allowing the rack to run normally. The rack can be configured locally or remotely, and can still operate normally in Chengbao mode. By removing the key from the rack at any position, the switch can remain in the running or programming position. You can prevent unnecessary rack reconfiguration by locking the switch in the running position. Whenever it is necessary to remotely reconfigure the rack, the switch can be locked in the program position
I/O module signal common end
Now, both versions of the TD)/0 module have a 2-pin connection exposed to connect the signal common to the single point instrument ground terminal of the frame. After completing this operation, to isolate the common signal from the chassis (ground), slide the selection switch on the power input module (PIMM) side towards the “HP” arrow direction.
data collection
Keyphasor input
Supports four keyphasor signals for 3500 systems
The number of dynamic channels in an activity determines the speed range support
Supports multiple rotational speed inputs up to 20 kHz.
Start/decelerate data
Data collected at predetermined speeds and time intervals, with separately programmed acceleration and deceleration intervals. Instantaneous data collection begins when machine speed is detected within one of two programmable windows. The memory capacity of a module is a limit on the number of instantaneous events that can be collected. Collect 2.5 minutes of waveform data every 10 seconds before the alarm, and 1 minute of waveform data every 10 seconds after the alarm. Data before and after the alarm
Static values collected at 1-second intervals 10 minutes before and 1 minute after the event. Static values collected at 100 millisecond intervals 20 seconds before and 10 seconds after the event. Static value data
Static values, including those determined by the monitor, will be collected by TDI.
For each point, ITDI provides four nX static values. For each value, return amplitude and phase communication
BN Host Protocol
3500 configuration software, 3500 data acquisition software, and 3500 display software in BN host protocol communication
