5SHX2645L0004 is a two-phase stepper motor driver based on DSP control. The driving voltage is DC24-80V; Suitable current: below 7A; Suitable for various models of two-phase stepper motors with flanges ranging from 57-86MM. Smooth operation with minimal vibration and noise. The positioning accuracy can reach up to 40000 steps per revolution. This product is widely used in high resolution large and medium-sized CNC equipment such as carving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computerized embroidery machines, packaging machinery, etc.

matters needing attention:
1. The input voltage shall not exceed 80V.
2. The input control signal level is 5V, and an external current limiting resistor is required when it is higher than 5V.
3. The falling edge of the input pulse signal is limited.
4. When the temperature of the drive exceeds 85 ℃, the drive stops working and the fault indicator light ALM lights up. When the temperature of the drive drops to 50 ℃, the drive is powered on again and resumes normal operation. Overheating protection requires the addition of a heat dissipation device.
5. The ALM indicator light for load short circuit fault is on. Please check the motor wiring and other short circuit faults. After troubleshooting, you need to power on again to restore normal operation.
6. The ALM indicator light for no motor malfunction is on. Please check the motor wiring, and after troubleshooting, it needs to be powered on again to restore normal operation.
