PPD513 PPD513AOC-100440 AC 800PEC is an open system that even provides standard interfaces for modules with customized design and functionality. All internal communication between the controller and I/O modules is entirely achieved through optical links. There is no electrical connection between the controller and any I/O devices. The AC 800PEC Combi IO UA D149 is a universal remote I/O device used for high-speed applications and is also part of the AC 800PEC control system. It is mainly used for sensing the actual values of closed-loop control and protection circuits. Combi IO includes the basic module UA D141, which can be equipped with supported I/O boards, such as up to 2 hybrid IO boards UA D142, each providing -16 fast digital inputs/8 fast digital outputs -6 fast analog inputs -2 fast analog outputs. Alternatively: 1 traction module DA D143, providing -13 analog inputs with various predetermined characteristics -18 digital inputs assigned to specific monitoring tasks. To adapt to various voltage and current levels, Combi IO can be combined with low-voltage divider plates (up to 1000 Vrms) and CT/VT sub boards. The AC 800PEC measurement interface PECMI UA D140 measurement interface PECMI provides a high-speed current and voltage measurement device, supplementing the CombiIO module. Provide up to 4 active expandable inputs for current sensors (such as LEM). Provide input for the divider plate and CT/VT sub board. In order to adapt to various voltage and current levels, PECMI can be combined with voltage dividers: – Low voltage dividers (LVDs) are required for voltages up to 1000 Vrms – High voltage dividers are required for voltages up to 6000 Vrms.
The PPD513 PPD513AOC-100440 series AC800PEC system controller provides a large and flexible interface for standard ABB S800 I/O for slow process signals, allowing for almost unlimited use of analog and digital I/O. The AC 800PEC INT interface system PV D164 PEC INTs board includes up to six optical modules with six transmitter/receiver channels for interface with the AC 800PEC control system and various types of converters, such as for direct pulse transmission to IGCT converters. The complete pulse logic is implemented in the programmable logic (FPGA) on the PEC INT board.
