RLX2-IHNF-A Digital input module
RLX2-IHNF-A is a digital input module designed for industrial automation and control systems. The MV156-PDPS slave communication network interface module is an interface device manufactured by InRAx, developed to allow ControlLogix processors to interface with PROFIBUS DP master devices. MV156-PDPS is supported by PROFIBUS VO slave implementation, which greatly improves the speed and quality of data transfer between connected ControlLogix processors and modules. MV156-PDPS has user configurable data mapping functionality. Thanks to the DP operation port, the MV156-PDPS interface module is easy to use. For easier interface with PC, MV156-PDPS has a configuration/debugging serial port that allows for various tasks such as status checking, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting. The serial cable used for this purpose is provided with the module during shipment.
The rated voltage range of MV156-PDPS is between 5 and 24 volts DC. The rated current of MV156-PDPS is between 3 and 800 mA, and the communication rated current is between 110 and 115200 baud. The operating temperature requirement for MV156-PDPS is 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The pre configured driver settings for MV156-PDPS can be downloaded and installed on the module from the PC. The input and output limits of the PROFIBUS DP slave station are 200 characters (without images) and 122 characters (with images). The input and output data blocks can be monitored separately and mapped to the module’s data storage for maximum flexibility and efficiency. For data transmission between modules and processors, MV156-PDPS uses ladder logic. This device provides local and remote rack options, as well as configurable I/O backplanes.
