How to configure 140NOE77101
When leaving the factory, the 140NOE77101 configuration does not include an IP address. If you have not programmed the device using Ethernet configuration extensions, the same applies. In this case, when the 140NOE77101 module starts, it will attempt to obtain an IP address from the BOOTP server on the network. You can use Concept to assign IP addresses, default gateways, and subnet masks. Refer to Chapter 4 for configuring Ethernet address parameters. You can also use the BOOTP Lite software utility to assign IP address parameters.

BOOTP server is a program that manages the IP addresses assigned to network devices. Your system administrator can confirm the existence of a BOOTP server on your network and assist you in using the server to maintain the IP address of the adapter.
