135137-01 is a position/O module with internal terminals for proximitor, RPT or DC LVDT. It was designed and developed by Bently Nevada. It is part of the 3500/45 monitoring system. The position monitor is a 4-channel device that can receive input from rotary potentiometer, proximity sensor, DC linear variable differential transformer, AC linear variable differential transformer and rotary position sensor (RPT).
The main function of the position monitor is to provide the following functions:
● Protect the machine by continuously comparing monitoring parameters and predefined alarm settings to trigger alarms.
● Important machine knowledge of operation and maintenance personnel
The 3500/1 5 AC and DC power supplies accept a wide range of input voltages and convert them to voltages acceptable to other 3500 modules. The following power supplies are available for the 3500 series machine protection system: – General AC

The GE/Bently Nevada 3500/05 system rack is designed to accommodate all 3500 monitor modules and rack power supplies. It allows various 3500 modules to communicate with each other and allows power supplies to be distributed to each module as needed. Full size rack: 19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots 2. Mini-rack: 12-inch rack with 7 available module slots 3500 racks are manufactured in three formats: 1. Panel installation: this rack format is installed on the rectangular cut of the panel and fixed on the panel with the fixture attached to the rack. The wiring connections and I/O modules are accessible from the rear of the rack.
2. Rack installation: This rack format installs 3500 rack on 19-inch EIA rail_ On. The wiring connections and I/O modules are accessible from the rear of the rack. 3. Bulkhead installation: When it is impossible to operate from the rear of the rack, this rack format can install the rack on the wall or panel. The wiring connections and I/O modules are accessible from the front of the rack. The 3500/05 mini rack does not have this format. The power supply and rack interface module must be located in the left-most rack position. The remaining 14 rack positions (7 rack positions of the mini rack) can be used for any module combination.

The power supply can supply power for the entire rack. When two power supplies are installed in a rack, one of the lower slots acts as the main power supply and the other in the upper slot acts as the standby power supply. If installed, the second power supply is a backup of the main power supply. As long as the second power supply is installed, removing or inserting any power supply module will not interrupt the operation of the rack. The 3500/15 power supply accepts a wide range of input voltages and converts them to voltages acceptable to other 3500 modules
