1) Automatic control system for frequency conversion transformation of belt conveyor
The belt conveyor control system is controlled by electric cabinet or PLC in central control room. 8502-BI-DP is equipped with an upper monitoring computer in the central control room, uses UP10 inverter configuration software to monitor the belt conveyor in real time, and uses the historical data recording function of the software to record historical data and alarm data.
The PLC control system completes the start and stop control of the frequency converter. The 8502-BI-DP realizes the constant speed start and synchronous control of each motor, and detects and protects the motor from overcurrent, overload, short circuit, and open circuit. At the same time, it also realizes the belt deviation detection, belt coal stacking and other protection. The system uses RS-485 as the serial communication interface. The 8502-BI-DP is also equipped with a coal flow sensor, which can automatically adjust the belt speed according to the coal flow size.
(2) Electrical control of frequency conversion transformation of belt conveyor
After the frequency conversion transformation of the belt conveyor, the original power-frequency starting electric cabinet is reserved as the power-frequency bypass, 8502-BI-DP to prevent the failure of the frequency converter from affecting the production. If the frequency converter fails, the original power-frequency starting cabinet can be used for emergency operation to quickly switch to the direct starting state of the motor. That is, the added frequency conversion circuit is connected in parallel with the original power frequency circuit to form a dual-loop convertible control system.
